PilotTime ("the App") is a flight hour logging utility for pilots. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
PilotTime does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. All data you enter (flight time entries and labels) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage and is never sent anywhere.
The App optionally uses your device's microphone to allow voice-based time entry. Speech processing is performed on-device by the operating system's built-in speech recognition engine. No audio recordings are stored or transmitted by the App.
PilotTime does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.
We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data.
All flight log data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all data at any time using the "Clear" button within the App. Uninstalling the App also removes all locally stored data.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Subscription title: PilotTime Pro Yearly Subscription
Length: 1 year, automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled.
Price: Varies by your device's App Store region; the current price is shown on the purchase screen and under Settings > Subscriptions on your device. A free trial may be offered before the subscription begins; if not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription fee shown on the purchase screen will be charged automatically.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewal continues unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is billed to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management and cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
